The invention relates to an
infusion set monitoring system. An infusion
bottle is hung on a precise
pull force sensor, the real-time weight of the infusion
bottle is collected, output and input to an analog-
digital conversion module after being amplified, the output end of the analog-
digital conversion module is connected with a single-
chip microcomputer, after internal calculation of the single-
chip microcomputer, infusion remaining weight, flow speed and remaining
time data are output in real time, the single-
chip microcomputer communicates with an Android
smart phone through a
Bluetooth module, the Android
smart phone displays the infusion remaining weight, the flow speed and the remaining
time information in real time, and the single-chip microcomputer outputs a warning
signal to an
LED lamp to be displayed. A data collection and display instruction is directly sent on the
Android phone, so that
computer management of hospital infusion information is facilitated. Testing precision is high, power is supplied by a battery, and use is convenient. A
photoelectric sensor is not needed, installation is convenient, and cost is low. By the adoption of an anti-interference iteration
algorithm, reliable prediction of infusion flow speed and infusion remaining time is achieved. A Zigbee
wireless interface is preserved, so that subsequent integration of the
infusion set monitoring system and an existing doctor and
patient management computer
information system of a hospital is facilitated.
