The invention belongs to the technical field of chemical synthesis and in particular relates to a preparation method of a cardanol modified alkylresorcinol-formaldehyde resin. The modified alkylresorcinol-formaldehyde resin has better intermiscibility with rubbers and better flexibility, and meanwhile, the product cost is greatly reduced.
