Aromatic ketone monomers are introduced into a poly(ether sulfone) (PES) polymer, and particularly heterogeneous aromatic ketone monomers are copolymerized; and the main chain of the obtained polymer molecule contains an irregular copolymer structure of polyarylether sulfone and polyaryletherketone, wherein the molar ratio of the groups is (5-9):1. An industrial production process of the high-liquidity PESK resin consists of a salifying stage and a polymerization stage, wherein the solid content of the system in the salifying stage is 20-25%; and the solid content in the polymerization stage is 35-45%.
