The invention provides a method for deacidification in the
platinum hydrosynthesis process. The method comprises the following steps: firstly,
chloroplatinic acid hexahydrate and divinyl tetramethyl
disiloxane are mixed into a reaction kettle according to the weight ratio being 1:(20 to 100); then
nitrogen is introduced to exhaust air, the
nitrogen is kept to be continuously introduced, meanwhile, the
mixed solution is quickly stirred and heated, and the
mixed solution reacts for a period of time; then NaHCO3 is dissolved into deionized water to form a NaHCO3
aqueous solution for standby application; then heating is stopped after a reaction in the reaction kettle is completed, the NaHCO3
aqueous solution under the state of quick stirring is added into the reaction kettle, continuous stirring and dispersing are conducted for a period of time until the
mixed solution is cooled; and then after dispersing and cooling are completed, the
nitrogen is stopped to be introduced, the
aqueous solution and a complex are naturally layered, and the upper-layer complex is taken out and then dehydrated so as to obtain acid-free and
anhydrous platinum water. Compared with the prior art, according tothe method, the
utilization rate of NaHCO3 can be increased, meanwhile, the nitrogen protection time in the reaction process can be shortened, and thus the nitrogen cost is saved.
