According to the guiding and error-proofing system for the semi-automatic production assembly screwing process, four elements including personnel,technologies, tools and information and included in the screwing process are organically combined, logic guiding, visualized text and picture video demonstration and other aspects are used for comprehensively and three-dimensionally teaching an assembly section in the production process, the error-proof and fool-proof system is achieved, and existing problems that similar processes have high requirements for personnel, errors are prone to occurrence, and no complete data analysis exists are solved.
