expert system, belonging to the technical field of expert information systems. The
system comprises a
nuclear radiation injuryterrorist
attack medical rescue subsystem, a chemical terrorist
attack medical rescue subsystem, a bioterrorist
attack medical rescue subsystem and a geographic information subsystem, wherein the
nuclear radiation injury terrorist attack medical rescue subsystem, the chemical terrorist attack medical rescue subsystem and the bioterrorist attack medical rescue subsystem respectively comprise a basic information unit, a medical rescue unit, a consulting information unit and a corresponding
database; and the geographic information subsystem comprises a target quick positioning unit, a map operation controlling unit, a
hazard assessment unit and a corresponding
GIS database. The seamless integration is adopted among all the subsystems and between the units and the databases of all the subsystems, and the quick positioning for the query targets is supported; and the
professional skills required for handling the nuclear, chemical and biological emergent events of
public health and the command decision-making information can be quickly searched by using the
system, thereby effectively handling the emergent events in time.
