DC controllable lightning arrester device

The invention provides a DC controllable lightning arrester device. The DC controllable lightning arrester device comprises a lightning arrester body and a hybrid switch, wherein the lightning arrester body comprises a lightning arrester fixed part and a lightning arrester controllable part, the lightning arrester fixed part and the lightning arrester controllable part respectively comprise at least one column of lightning arrester units, one end of a parallel circuit formed by the lightning arrester controllable part and the hybrid switch is grounded, the other end is connected with the lightning arrester fixed part, the hybrid switch comprises a thyristor valve switch and a mechanical switch which are connected in series, and the hybrid switch is connected with two ends of the lightningarrester controllable part in parallel. The DC controllable lightning arrester device is advantaged in that the thyristor valve switch and the mechanical switch are utilized to form the high voltage DC hybrid switch type controllable lightning arrester, the thyristor switch is ensured to be reliably turned off, so the lightning arrester returns to normal operation, the lightning arrester body achieves dual functions of energy release and overvoltage suppression, a charge rate of the whole lightning arrester under the operation voltage is reduced, the safety margin of the lightning arrester isimproved, and reliability of the lightning arrester is enhanced.

Driving device and driving method of liquid crystal display module and liquid crystal display device

The embodiment of the invention discloses a driving device and a driving method of a liquid crystal display module and a liquid crystal display device. In one specific embodiment, the driving method comprises the following steps: receiving a to-be-displayed picture frame signal, and judging whether at least part of a picture region, containing a picture region displayed by a first row of pixels, of a to-be-displayed picture is a row bright and dark alternated picture or not according to the picture frame signal; if yes, applying a gate driving signal based on a first conduction voltage to the TFT gate of the first row of pixels so as to pre-charge the first row of pixels according to the pixel voltage of the first row of pixels corresponding to the picture frame signal; if not, applying a gate driving signal based on a second conduction voltage to the TFT gate of the first row of pixels so as to pre-charge the first row of pixels according to the pixel voltage of the first row of pixels corresponding to the picture frame signal, wherein the first break-over voltage is smaller than the second break-over voltage. According to the embodiment, when the display module displays different pictures, the problem that display of the first row of pixels becomes dark or bright can be avoided.

Vehicle control device

A vehicle control device (50) is provided with: a search unit which, on the basis of geographical information supplied from the navigation device (60), searches for a deceleration start position before a downslope suitable for regeneration of a motor (32); and a charging rate control unit which, when the vehicle (100) reaches the deceleration start position, performs deceleration control for decelerating the vehicle and decreasing the charging rate of the battery (40). In the deceleration control implemented by a charge rate control unit, the drive power of the vehicle (100) is reduced to a drive power extracted with the motor output only and the vehicle is decelerated.
