The invention discloses a method for producing
mushroom sticks by using
bark waste as a main material. In the method, the
bark waste is used as a culture medium. The method comprises the steps of
fermentation pretreatment of raw materials and production of the
mushroom sticks, and specifically comprises the following steps of: crushing the
bark waste, and adding
urea so that the carbon-
nitrogen ratio is (25-30): 1; stirring with water containing a
chlorine dioxide
disinfectant, piling, and fermenting; adding 15 to 36 weight parts of mixed
sawdust, 10 to 12 weight parts of
bran and 1 to 2 weight parts of
gypsum into the fermented material containing 50 to 70 weight parts of bark waste; and stirring with water, bagging, sterilizing, and inoculating
mushroom strains. By the method, effective utilization of the bark waste is realized, environmental
pollution is reduced, and an important high-quality
nitrogen source required by growth
nutrition of mushroom is formed. Compared with the
sawdust of the conventional culture medium, by using the method, the cost is saved, recycle of the waste is realized and the cultivation benefits are improved.
