The invention relates to a super high-rise
tower crane bottom attachment type hydraulic self-climbing hard protection platform and a mounting process and a climbing method thereof. Wall attachment devices of the self-climbing hard protection platform are pre-embedded in the inner side wall of a
shear wall; guide rails are mounted on the wall attaching devices; and each frame body comprises an upper frame body and a lower frame body which are arranged among a main platform layer, an operation layer and a hanging frame layer correspondingly to play a supporting role, and in the climbing process, the frame bodies drive the main platform layer, the operation layer and the hanging frame layer to integrally ascend. Hydraulic oil cylinders are connected to the guide rails and the frame bodies and provides climbing power for the guide rails and the frame bodies. The climbing method comprises the following steps that 1, the guide rails
climb along the wall attaching devices under the action of
electric control equipment; and 2, the frame bodies drive the operation layer, the main platform layer and the hanging frame layer to
climb integrally along the guide rails. According to the closed self-climbing platform, overall self-climbing is achieved through the wall attaching devices, the guide rails, the frame bodies, hydraulic oil tanks and other components, operation is convenient, the
safety coefficient is high, and repeated disassembling and transferring are not needed. The super high-rise
tower crane bottom attachment type hydraulic self-climbing hard protection platform has the functions of safety protection, self-climbing operation and wall-attached device dismounting.
