boride-filled
silicone rubber-based heat-conducting material and a preparation method thereof. In parts by weight, the formula comprises: 100 parts of
silicone rubber base material, 15-23 parts of hydroxyl
silicone oil compound, functionalized
boride 128 to 174 parts, 0.5 to 1 part of superfine
silicon carbide, and 0 to 1 part of nano-
tungsten oxide. The present invention uses
silicone rubber as the matrix, mixes cubic
boron nitride and
hexagonal boron nitride with different particle sizes, combines and grinds the
boron simple substance, and then disperses the functionalized
boride as a heat-conducting filler, and then passes through gamma
radiation. Combined, a functionalized boride-filled
silicone rubber-based thermally conductive material with excellent performance can be obtained; the
composite material not only has excellent
thermal conductivity, but also has good mechanical and thermal properties, and can be customized according to
