algorithm, and the method comprises the steps: collecting load data and temperature and
humidity climate data, and carrying out the preprocessing of the collected data, and determining a training sample set; establishing a load prediction model by adopting a least square
support vector machine algorithm; training a load prediction model based on the training sample set, performing parameter optimization through a
particle swarm algorithm, and determining an optimal load prediction model; acquiring
current load data, on-off state data and temperature and
humidity climate data, and inputting the
current load data and the temperature and
humidity climate data into the optimal load prediction model to obtain a
ship load prediction value; collecting ship
electric power parameters, and obtaining input power; and based on the input power, the
ship load predicted value and the on-off state data, controlling electric propulsion of the ship, ship energy equipment and on-off states of first-level, second-level and third-level loads. The change condition of the
ship load can be grasped in time, the
diesel generator is increased or closed, and the operation cost is reduced.
