The invention discloses a test apparatus for simulating the whole-vehicle working state of a heating ventilation case. The test apparatus comprises a horizontally arranged
workbench, and an air inlet
voltage stabilization box, an air outlet
voltage stabilization box and an
airflow distribution box which are arranged on the
workbench, and is mainly technically characterized in that the air inlet
voltage stabilization box and the air outlet voltage stabilization box are connected through an
orifice plate, the air inlet voltage stabilization box is provided with a trumpet-shaped air inlet, the air outlet voltage stabilization box is provided with an air outlet and a pressure gauge which is connected through a connecting
pipe for monitoring air pressure in the air outlet voltage stabilization box, the air outlet is connected with the air inlet end of a blower through an air outlet
pipe, the air outlet voltage stabilization box is internally provided with a
vibration sensor, the
airflow distribution box is provided with a
microphone I, and a
microphone II is arranged on the surface of the
volute of the blower; and the air outlet end of the blower is linked to the
airflow distribution box, and the airflow distribution box is provided with an air exit. The test apparatus provided by the invention fundamentally solves the problem of difficult evaluation of heating ventilation vibration
noise level at the early stage of automobile development and controls vibration
noise through simulating a real-vehicle working condition.
