The invention provides a purification and detection
system for pure water used for cooling a converter valve. The purification and detection
system is used for automatically purifying and detecting the dynamic pure water to be detected and comprises a main
water circulation loop and a pure water purification
branch. The main
water circulation loop consists of a frequency-conversion water-circulation pump and a
heat exchanger which are connected in parallel by a pipeline; the pure water purification
branch consists of a flow distribution device, a pure water purification device and a precision detection device which are connected in series by pipelines; the pure water purification
branch and the main
water circulation loop are connected in parallel; and a refrigerating unit is connected with the
heat exchanger in parallel by a pipeline. The purification and detection
system provides a detection environment with constant flow, constant temperature and
constant pressure for purification of the pure water for cooling the converter valve, the detection environment is stable and is high in redundancy, accurate to control and high in reliability, and
water quality ion concentration detection,
water pollution concentration SDI detection,
ion exchange resin performance detection, detection on pH value,
conductivity dissolved
oxygen and other detection on the purification of the pure water for cooling the converter valve are fully realized, so that the safe and stable running of the converter valve is ensured.
