helium source, a compressor and a
booster pump, the
helium source, the compressor and the
booster pump are sequentially connected, and the
tail end of the pressurization pipeline is suitable for being connected with hydrogenation equipment; the
helium leak detection system comprises a suction gun, a mechanical pump, a first helium
mass spectrum detection module and a second helium
mass spectrum detection module which are connected in sequence, the suction gun, the first helium
mass spectrum detection module and the second helium
mass spectrum detection module are arranged in the
vacuum chamber, and the mechanical pump is located outside the
vacuum chamber; and the executing mechanism is fixedly connected to the upper portion of the vacuum chamber, a suction gun is connected to the executing mechanism, and the executing mechanism is suitable for controlling the movement track of the suction gun. The invention further provides a leakage detection method which is high in
operability and high in safety and effectiveness, and the accuracy and reliability of the hydrogenation equipment during field leakage detection are improved.
