The method comprises the steps of acquiring the actual profile curve of any section of a welded joint by laser; carrying out high-dimensional fitting on the actual profile curve to obtain a fitting profile curve, so as to obtain a first-order derivative curve of the fitting profile curve; determining the addressing ranges of the starting point and the final point of the welded joint by the first-order derivative curve; finding a point which has maximum differential value with the fitting profile curve on the actual profile curve as the starting point and final point of the section of the welded joint to obtain an integrally three-dimensional profile image of the welded joint. The welded joint is deemed to have a defect when a differential value between any point of the profile curve of the welded joint and the fitting profile curve exceeds the preset standard value. According to the detection method provided by the invention, the starting point and the final point of the welded joint can be accurately judged, and various surface defects of the welded joint can be precisely judged.

A horizontal collimator and a vertical collimator are disposed in front of the frontal face each of the horizontal accelerator and the vertical accelerator. The horizontal collimator and the vertical collimator are fixed on the left vertical girder and the upper cross girder of the gantry tower, respectively. The radiation beams defined by the horizontal collimator and the vertical collimator are two planes oriented parallel to each other. A double-detector arm is disposed inside the right vertical girder of the gantry tower, and detector modules are disposed inside the double-detector arm for receiving the two different planes of radiation beams defined by and emitted from the horizontal collimator and the vertical collimator. Detector modules are disposed inside the upper cross girder and the lower cross girder respectively for receiving separately radiation beams defined by and emitted from the horizontal collimator and the vertical collimator. The container detecting system can reduce the area covered by the scanning channel of the system, and make the transportation, installation and use convenient, and improve the quality of the detected images.

A correction value d for reducing the cumulative pitch errors after cutting is determined, a reference tooth groove angle 0 is corrected with the correction value d, and thus the tooth matching angle of a work gear(14) is determined.
