The present invention provides a treatment apparatus. The apparatus contains a reservoir or generator for a treatment solution, a mechanism for delivering the treatment solution to a wound site, and a mechanism for applying the solution to a wound, tissue, bone or surgical cavity for treatment. The apparatus may apply the solution (e.g., a solution containing hypohalous acid) with, for example, an occlusive wound dressing, pulsative lavage device, hydrotherapy, hydrosurgical device, and / or ultrasound. A waste container may be operably connected to the apparatus for collecting waste from the wound by run-off, or by applying negative pressure (e.g. a vacuum). Because the apparatus of the invention can optionally be portable or mobile, the invention is suitable for use in hospitals and nursing homes, as well as for home wound care. The invention also provides a method for treating a wound (or other area needing treatment), and / or for reducing wound bioburden, by supplying a hypochlorous acid solution to the site, such as a wound colonized or infected with drug resistant bacteria, before, during, or after negative pressure wound therapy.

The invention relates to aqueous polyurethane superfine fiber synthetic leather and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: firstly, adding the following components according to parts by weight, i.e. 2-5 parts of foaming agents, 50-200 parts of water, 2-3 parts of foam stabilizers and 0-3 parts of waterborne colorants, into 100 parts of aqueous anionic polyurethane dipping sizing agents, and stirring the components and the sizing agents uniformly at high speed by using a blender so as to prepare a sizing agent; secondly, dipping non-woven fabricsin the sizing agent, scrapping the surface of the fabrics and keeping partial cells; thirdly, solidifying aqueous polyurethane on the dipped non-woven fabrics through aqueous coagulating liquid so asto form cells; fourthly, carrying out water scrubbing after aqueous polyurethane resin is completely solidified, and drying the aqueous polyurethane resin by an infrared drying oven so as to obtain base cloth; fifthly, treating the dried base cloth through an alkali reducing process; sixthly, treating the base cloth treated through the alkali reducing process through an postprocessing process; and seventhly, preparing the obtained base cloth into the synthetic leather. The aqueous polyurethane superfine fiber synthetic leather is prepared by the method.

A resin transfer molding (RTM) process is disclosed for rapidly filling a fibrous preform and / or a rigid, porous body with high viscosity resin or pitch. The process is suitable for impregnated multiple porous bodies stacked in a single mold. The process uses a fibrous preform or rigid porous body which is placed into a mold matching the desired part geometry. A resin is injected into the mold at temperature and pressure. After cooling, the infiltrated component is removed from the mold. The mold is constructed from two halves fitted to form at least one mold cavity. A gate fitted with a nozzle is set into one of the mold halves, and a valve admits resin or pitch into the gate area. Venting or vacuum can be applied to the mold. The mold is held in a hydraulic press and an extruder, optionally fitted with an accumulator, supplies molten resin or pitch to the mold.

The bottom fiber array includes three alternating bottom fibers, each bottom fiber including a pair of barrier ribs that define the plasma channel, an address electrode located near a surface of the plasma channel, and a phosphor layer coating on the surface of the plasma channel, wherein a luminescent color of the phosphor coating in each of the three alternating bottom fibers represents a subpixel color of the plasma display. Each subpixel is formed by a crossing of one top fiber and one corresponding bottom fiber. The plasma display is hermetically sealed with a glass frit. The sustain and address electrodes are brought out through the glass frit for direct connection to a drive control system.

The present disclosure relates to a static mixer for mixing a urea solution and engine exhaust gas. The static mixer includes: an external tube including one end portion connected to an exhaust manifold of a diesel engine, the other end portion connected to an SCR (Selective Catalytic Reduction), and a part with which a urea solution injection adaptor is provided; an internal tube installed inside the external tube so as to have a constant gap between at least a part of an outer wall surface and an inner wall surface of the external tube; and a channel unit comprising a plurality of guiding channels provided inside the internal tube in a longitudinal direction, and having an inlet portion facing a lower end portion of the urea solution injector adaptor. The present disclosure may make the exhaust gas and the urea solution before passing through the SCR pass through the inlet portion and the plurality of guiding channels of the channel unit to form fine and even mixed gas, thereby largely decreasing an amount of nitride oxide (NOx) discharged to the air by improving a catalytic reduction reaction ratio in the SCR.
