The present invention provides a torsional energy control assembly and method for eliminating slip-stick and/or drill bit oscillations comprising axial and/or rotational oscillations. In one preferred embodiment, the assembly permits slippage between an upper portion of the drilling string and a lower portion of a drill string. The rotational control assembly may be installed at any desired position in the drill string. The rotational control assembly could also be utilized as a component of other drilling mechanisms such as a downhole drilling motor. The rotational control permits slippage while drilling for a selected time or selected rotational distance or other criteria to thereby release torsional energy in the drilling string which otherwise may produce damaging slip-stick torsional oscillations such as slip-stick. The rotational control assembly may, in one embodiment, comprise an on-off clutch whereby torque is either substantially completely transmitted or substantially not transmitted through the assembly for brief periods.

A rivetless nut plate has a nut, a holding bracket, a member and a nut retainer. The nut is provided with an aperture therethrough and is secured within a bracket portion of the holding bracket by the retainer but also is permitted limited movement within the bracket portion. The holding bracket further includes a tubular portion having inner and outer walls. The inner wall is tapered such that the member is positioned against the inner wall. Upon an axial force being applied to the member through the aperture of the nut, the member is pushed through the tubular portion from the first end to the second end in order to expand the inner wall and force the outer wall into engagement with the wall of the workpiece. A tool is provided to push the member through the tubular member and can be incorporated into either a manual or automatic process.

A method for detecting spectral characteristics of multi-band moving objects. The method includes: 1) dividing a full field of view into several subfields of view, and scanning and extracting suspected objects in each subfield one by one; 2) correlating interrelated suspected objects in adjacent subfields via coordinates to determine objects of interest that exist in the full field of view; 3) calculating the speeds of the objects of interest; 4) calculating average speed of all of the objects of interest and classifying the objects of interest according to their average speed; 5) compensating and rectifying the objective spectrum obtained from calculation; and 6) matching the compensated and rectified objective spectrum with a spectrum fingerprint database whereby realizing recognition of the multi-band moving objects.

A wireless adapter and method for providing a wireless connection to at least one wired security device includes at least one combined data/power physical port to which the wired security device connects. A power supply module receives power from an external power source and a power injector provides power to the combined data/power physical port to thereby power the wired security device. In this way, the wireless adapter supplies both power and data connection at the same physical port/jack of the wired security devices, such as IP security cameras, via an interface cable from the wireless adapter. This configuration has advantages in lowering the manufacturing costs of the cameras and reducing installation costs. Furthermore, the same standard camera can be used for both standard wired connections and wireless connections.

A cable hanger having shell halves adapted to mate with each other, the shell halves each having an inner surface adapted to cooperate with the other to secure the cable within a cable space. The mating of the shell halves is releasably secured by a means for closure. A bolt hole through the shell halves allows easy mounting of the cable hanger. The shell halves each having, along a vertical mating surface, a means for interlocking adapted to interlock with the means for interlocking of a second cable hanger positioned against the cable hanger along the vertical mating surface. A connection side of the cable hanger may be adapted to have a means for latching to couple with a third cable hanger, positioned connection side to connection side with the cable hanger. The cable hanger allowing additional cables to be added without modifying the mounting of the base hanger.

The present invention relates to an oven door opening and closing device comprising at least one hinge, which is connectable to an oven door and to an oven housing for realizing a predetermined pivoting opening and closing movement of the oven door relative to the oven housing between an open and a closed position; at least one closing force generating means for generating a predetermined closing force; kinematic means, which are coupled to the hinge and to a moveable element in such a manner, that the predetermined pivoting opening and closing movement of the hinge is converted into a predetermined reciprocating opening and closing movement of the moveable element; and at least one damping system having a damper for generating a damping force which counteracts the closing movement of the movable element within a predetermined section, which corresponds to a predetermined angle section of the pivoting closing movement of the hinge shortly prior to the closed position.

The invention discloses a method and a device for installing an application program. The method comprises the steps of: when an application program needs to be installed, interacting an application management control side program installed in main equipment based on an Android system and an application management user side program installed in slave equipment based on the Android system through an established universal serial bus (USB) connection to determine whether the application program to be installed can be installed in the slave equipment; and after confirming that the application program to be installed can be installed in the slave equipment, installing the application program to be installed on the slave equipment through the established USB connection by the application management control side program. The invention simultaneously discloses a device for installing the application program, and with adoption of the method and the device, disclosed by the invention, the automatic installation of the application program can be realized.
