Owing to the mode, the display panel and the method have the advantages that the negative electrode and the auxiliary electrode can be effectively electrically connected with each other, the negative electrode can be individually controlled, and accordingly uniform display effects can be realized by the display panel.

Electrical connector

An electrical connector includes an elongated housing having a daughter-card receiving on a first surface and mother-card receiving channel on a second surface thereof and extending along a lengthwise direction for receiving a daughter-card member and mother-card member. Respective daughter-card engagement slots and mother-card member slots are defined on opposed ends of housing, each slot extending from the first surface and second surface and along a transverse direction. The slots are laterally separated from the receiving channel for receiving lateral edge portions of the daughter-card member. A central line of each slot is aligned with a central line of the receiving channel in the lengthwise direction such that configuration of the slots will allow for the daughter card member and mother-card member to be held coplanar with respect to a middle plane of the channel, thereby establishing an effective electrical connection between the connector and the daughter-card member and the mother-card member.

An electrical connector includes an insulating body and a plurality of conductive terminals mounted on the insulating body. The insulating body is provided with an abutment surface abutting an external electrical connector a mounting surface opposite to the abutment surface, a plurality of terminal accommodating grooves penetrating through the abutment surface and the mounting surface along a back and forth direction, a partition wall located between the abutment surface and the mounting surface for positioning the conductive terminals, and a heat sink penetrating through the partition wall and communicating with the terminal accommodating grooves. The conductive terminals are provided with abutment portions extending forward and being accommodated in the terminal accommodating grooves, holding portions positioned on the partition wall and welding portions extending out of the partition wall from the holding portions. The insulating body is further provided with a heat dissipating portion located between the mounting surface and the partition wall. The heat dissipating portion and the heat sink are communicated so as to form a heat convection channel. In this way, the heat dissipating effect of the invention is enhanced.
