The invention relates to a
cryogenic treatment method for enhancing the anti-fatigue strength of a
stainless steel wire mesh, and belongs to the technical field of
stainless steel wire mesh heat treatment. The method comprises the following steps that 1, the
stainless steel wire mesh is soaked into
liquid nitrogen for liquid-method
cryogenic treatment, wherein the temperature of the
liquid nitrogen ranges from -196 DEG C to -160DEG C, and the soaking time of the stainless steel
wire mesh in the
liquid nitrogen ranges from 3 seconds to 30 minutes; 2, the stainless steel
wire mesh is directly taken out from the liquid
nitrogen and placed in a heating device to be slowly heated for 30-40 minutes, and then the stainless steel
wire mesh is placed in air to be heated to
room temperature for slowheating for the time determined according to the material and anti-fatigue strength of a workpiece, wherein the initial temperature of the heating device ranges from -130 DEG C to -110 DEG C, and thetemperature of the heating device can be controlled through a program; 3, the above steps are repeated for 0-2 times; and 4, the workpiece is put into a
muffle furnace with a set control temperatureof 200 DEG C for
tempering for 1 hour to eliminate stress, and then the workpiece is air-cooled to
room temperature. The method has the following advantages that the anti-fatigue strength of the stainless steel wire mesh is effectively improved, the treatment method is economical and convenient, and the treatment efficiency is high.
