train transmission gear box body strength test method. The method comprises the following steps of S1, carrying out gear box load test detection, namely installinga
ferrule on an outer ring of a bearing in a gear box body, adhering a
strain sensor and an acceleration sensor, and recording the detection data through gear box operation, and obtaining the dynamicload data of a gear box speed
reducer and a gear. According to the invention, the
ferrule is installed on the bearing outer ring in the gearbox body, the
strain sensor and the acceleration sensor arebonded, a
speed measurement sensor is installed or a
vibration acceleration sensor is used in the gearbox body, a load test is started, and operation data is obtained according to the
strain sensor and the acceleration sensor. Data facilitates the fatigue
simulation analysis of the gear box, then sealing detection,
corrosion detection and tensile strength detection are conducted, ultrasonic wavesin an ultrasonic flaw
detector penetrate into the
welding position or the
metal material of the box body, and whether the material and the
welding position of the box body have defects or not is detected.
