Abstract

The invention relates to a fast solving method for the optimal operation point of a permanent magnet motor, which belongs to the technical field of permanent magnet motors. Through carrying out electromagnetic simulation analysis on the permanent magnet synchronous motor, a certain number of optimal operation points under different rotation speeds are acquired; the torque of each optimal operationpoint of the motor under each rotation speed and current amplitude are subjected to primary fitting, the torque and a current initial phase angle are subjected to cubic fitting, and coefficients of each fitting function are recorded; data corresponding to an existing specific rotation speed are called, the fitting function is inversely solved, and any optimal operation point under the rotation speed can be acquired; when the torque and the current initial phase angle can not be fit under partial rotation speeds, a stepping method is used to search for the optimal operation point; as for rotation speeds which does not generate data, adjacent rotation speed data are used for interpolation solution; and the motor efficiency under a certain number of optimal operation points is calculated toobtain a permanent magnet motor efficiency cloud map. Each optimal operation point of the motor can be quickly searched, subsequent operation is assisted to determine the loss, the efficiency featuresand the like during the whole operation range of the motor, and a basis is provided for design of a controller corresponding to the motor.
