The invention relates to a hydraulic-fracturing physical simulation method for a horizontal well provided with a spiral jet hole. The hydraulic-fracturing physical simulation method comprises the following steps that spiral jet hole bodies with different parameter combinations are formed in the well wall of a simulation shaft, and a spiral jet hole duct is inserted into the hole bodies; a round hole is formed in the center position of the bottom surface of a test piece die, and the shaft head of the simulation shaft is downwards placed in the round hole; cement, quartz sand and water are mixed and stirred to form a mixture, the mixture is poured into the test piece die, and thus an artificial rock core test piece is prepared; and the artificial rock core test piece is turned, the shaft head of the simulation shaft is made to face upwards, and then the artificial rock core test piece is placed on a true three-axis hydraulic-fracturing tester for conducting a hydraulic-fracturing physical simulation test. The simulation method accords with the actual fracturing condition, can be used for simulating the hydraulic fracturing conditions of unconventional shale gas and coal bed gas and conventional low-seepage reservoirs, can provide different spiral jet hole parameter combinations, and provides basic data and theoretical support for design of spiral jet hole parameters of field hydraulic fracturing.
