The invention relates to an adaptive cleaning grain harvester, and belongs to the technical field of
agricultural machinery. The adaptive cleaning grain harvester comprises travel
chassis and a
control circuit. The travel
chassis is provided with a main header, a
threshing and separating device, a grain cleaning device and a cereal collecting and unloading device, and the
threshing and separatingdevice is connected with the main header by a feeding and conveying device. A front hinge bracket and a rear hinge bracket are fixedly connected with a grooved body of a vibrating
sieve of the grain cleaning device;
sieve plates are hinged to positions between the front hinge bracket and the rear hinge bracket, one of the front hinge bracket and the rear hinge bracket is hinged to one end of an
electric control telescopic device, and the other end of the
electric control telescopic device is hinged to a side of each
sieve plate; a fan is provided with rotational speed regulation links; sensorsinclude left, right, front and rear inclination angle sensors, telescopic
distance sensors and rotational speed sensors, and
signal output ends of the various sensors are connected with the electriccontrol telescopic device and controlled ends of the rotational speed regulation links of the fans by the
control circuit. The adaptive cleaning grain harvester has the advantages that even grains onparcels of rice fields with different slope gradients can be harvested by the adaptive cleaning grain harvester, and the grain harvesting operation efficiency and quality can be guaranteed.
