The invention discloses a magnetic suspension rotor odd
harmonic vibration inhibition method based on a
hybrid odd repetition controller. The magnetic suspension rotor odd
harmonic vibration inhibition method comprises the following steps: firstly, establishing a magnetic suspension rotor
kinetic model containing rotor
mass unbalance and sensor
harmonic; secondly, adopting the magnetic suspensionrotor odd
harmonic vibration inhibition method based on the
hybrid odd repetition controller (hereinafter referred to as HORC). The HORC is composed of an odd harmonic frequency inhibited second-orderinner
film structure and a modified resonant controller (hereinafter referred to as MRSC), which are connected in parallel. The HORC can be used for improving a harmonic inhibition capability of a magnetic suspension rotor
system when the harmonic frequency is perturbed, and the control robustness of a
system under the harmonic frequency perturbation of the
system is improved. According to the magnetic suspension rotor odd
harmonic vibration inhibition method based on the
hybrid odd repetition controller, an odd harmonic current component generated by a
magnetic bearing coil in a magnetic suspension rotor is inhibited, so that odd
harmonic vibration of the magnetic suspension rotor system with the rotor
mass unbalance and the sensor harmonic is inhibited.
