The invention discloses a sand
pile machine for deep soft foundation construction, which comprises a platform, a mast, an
immersed tube, an
immersed tube hoisting
system, a vibratory hammer positioned at the top end of the
immersed tube and a hopper capable of filling the immersed tube with sand, wherein the immersed tube hoisting
system comprises a main hoister and an auxiliary hoister which are arranged on a platform, the main hoister goes around the upper end of the mast through a first steel
wire rope and is connected with the vibratory hammer, and the auxiliary hoister goes around the lower end of the mast through the first steel
wire rope and is connected with the vibratory hammer. The sand
pile machine further comprises a depth
recording system, the depth
recording system comprises a depth sensor arranged on the mast and a
transmission cable for driving the depth sensor, and the two ends of the
transmission cable are connected with the vibratory hammer through an elastic member after respectively going through the upper end and the lower end of the mast. The sand
pile machine has the benefits that according to the design, the depth sensor is small in vibration, accurate in
data recording and low in
spare part and accessory loss through the independent depth
recording system, and the problem that the depth sensor is seriously damaged and cannot collect data, which is caused by the fact that a
pulley is slow in rotation and reaction or does not rotate, is solved.
