The invention belongs to the
coal desulfurization field, relates to a desulfurization method combining
chemical bond breakage rearrangement with
organic reaction, and concretely relates to a method for removing organic
sulfur in
coal. The purpose of the invention is to solve the problems in the background technology. The method comprises the following steps: carrying out a
steam explosion reactionon a
coal sample, adding the coal sample subjected to
steam explosion into an extraction kettle to reacte with a
supercritical fluid system, vacuumizing a reactor before the reaction, forming a
system with strong polarity, good reaction activity and
high selectivity through
supercritical fluid matching in order to remove the organic
sulfur in the coal, collecting the reacted sample, and then detecting and analyzing the collected reacted sample. The method enhances the extraction
mass transfer effect along with a micro-
pyrolysis reaction, so macromolecular
pyrolysis, micromolecular extractionand desulfurization effects are obvious; and the influences on the bonding performances of the coal before and after the reaction are little, and only
sulfur-containing substances are effectively removed, so the safe and environmentally-friendly
solvent is simple to select, the
reaction mechanism is clear, and the cost of the
organic solvent is reduced.
