204 results about "X ray examination" patented technology

An x-ray examination creates images of your internal organs or bones to help diagnose conditions or injuries. A special machine emits (puts out) a small amount of ionising radiation.

Multi-View Cargo Scanner

The present invention provides a multi-view X-ray inspection system. In one embodiment, a beam steering mechanism directs the electron beam from an X-ray source to multiple production targets which generate X-rays for scanning which are subsequently detected by a plurality of detectors to produce multiple image slices (views). The system is adapted for use in CT systems. In one embodiment of a CT system, the X-ray source and detectors rotate around the object covering an angle sufficient for reconstructing a CT image and then reverse to rotate around the object in the opposite direction. The inspection system, in any configuration, can be deployed inside a vehicle for use as a mobile detection system.

X-ray examination method and X-ray examination apparatus

The invention provides an X-ray examination apparatus for processing high-speed examination to object in specified examination region. The X-ray examination apparatus includes a scanning X-ray source for outputting X-rays, a sensor base which is attached with a plurality of X-ray sensors and which rotates about a rotation axis, and an image acquiring control mechanism for controlling rotation angle of the sensor base and acquisition of image data from the X-ray sensors. With respect to each X-ray sensor, the scanning X-ray source moves the X-ray focal position of the X-ray source to each starting position of the X-ray emission set so that the X-ray transmits through a predetermined examination area of an examination target and enters each X-ray sensor, and emits the X-rays. The image control acquiring control mechanism acquires image data detected by the X-ray sensors, and a calculation unit reconstructs an image of the examination area based on the image data.

X-ray detector and x-ray examination device using it

An X-ray detector (5) comprises an X-ray-electric charge conversion film (21) for directly converting into charges an incident X-ray that has passed through a subject (2) and is received, and a charge information reading section (15) for detecting charges produced by the X-ray-electric charge conversion film (21) as image signals. The X-ray-electric charge conversion film (21) consists essentially of a rare-earth compound containing at least one of rare-earth element and at least one of element selected from oxygen, sulfur, selenium and tellurium. The X-ray-electric charge conversion film (21) does not adversely affect human bodies and environment, and is excellent in sensitivity, film-forming feature and the like. Accordingly, the X-ray detector (5) which is provided with the improved X-ray detection sensitivity, detection accuracy and the like with environmental loads and the like decreased can be provided.

Method for repairing high-temperature alloy thin-walled cartridge receiver part through precision pulse welding

The invention relates to a method for repairing a high-temperature alloy thin-walled cartridge receiver part through precision pulse welding. The method comprises the following steps: according to the length and position of the flaw of the thin-walled cartridge receiver part, analyzing the failure mode and the stress state of the part in combination with a numerical simulation technique; before welding, carrying out precision measurement on the front and rear mounting edges and other related sizes of a cartridge receiver; determining the position and size of the flaw by using X-ray examination and dyeing examination; carrying out pre-welding technical preparation; adopting a special welding protecting tool according to the position to be repaired; in combination with the failure mode and the stress state of the part, on account of the position and the size of the flaw, determining a single pulse or continuous pulse mode, welding technical parameters and welding order technical factors so as to reduce the stress level of the part after welding; and carrying out welding by a welding repairing technology determined in the above step. The method has the advantages that the weld joint performance reaches more than 90% of base metal performance, and standard requirements are met; and after welding, the radial run-out of the inner and outer mounting edges of the cartridge receiver is smaller than 0.08mm, the end surface run-out is smaller than 0.10mm, and assembling requirements are met.
