The invention relates to a Chinese
medicine for curing
radiation-induced shin injuries. The
medicine is mainly composed of the following raw medicinal materials with the following weight ratio and produced by the following technology: 5 portions of
angelica dahurica, 15 portions of gromwell root, 15 portions of aloe, 10 portions of
coptis chinensis, and 5 portions of dragon's blood, with every portion equal to 1
gram; every 100 kilograms of medicinal materials is added with about 1000L of
distilled water and decocted for three times; for the first time the medicinal mixture obtained is decocted on a
slow fire for 1.5 hours to 2.5 hours and a medicinal liquor of the first time is strained for further usage; for the second time, 7.5 times to 10.5 times of water is added to decoct for 1.5 hours, a medicinal liquor of the second time is strained for further usage; for the third time, 5 times to 7.5 times of water is added to decoct for 1 hour, a medicinal liquor of the third time is strained for further usage; the medicinal liquors of the three times are mixed, filtered and condensed to a thick paste with the
relative density of 1.15 for further usage; the thick paste is baked at low temperature for 10 hours to obtain dry extract
powder;
borneol and other auxiliary materials are added according to a weight percentage of 1:0.5 of the dry extract
powder to
dextrin and the mixture obtained is stirred to obtain the
medicine. The prescription has the efficacies of cleaning heat, removing itch, easing pain, resisting
bacteria, and the like, and is capable of increasing blood circulatory at partial
skin, eliminating
tumescence and stopping pain.
