System and method for compensating instability in an autofocus system

An autofocus system and method designed to account for instabilities in the system, e.g. due to instabilities of system components (e.g. vibrating mirrors, optics, etc) and / or environmental effects such as refractive index changes of air due to temperature, atmospheric pressure, or humidity gradients, is provided. An autofocus beam is split into a reference beam component (the split off reference channel) and a measurement beam component, by a beam splitting optic located a predetermined distance from (and in predetermined orientation relative to) the substrate, to create a first space between the beam splitting optic and the substrate. A reflector is provided that is spaced from the beam splitting optic by the predetermined distance, to create a second space between the reflector and the beam splitting optic. The measurement beam component is directed at the substrate and a reflected measurement beam component through the first space between the substrate and the beam splitting optic, while the reference beam component is directed at the reflector and a reflected reference beam component is directed from the reflector through the second space between the beam splitting optic and the reflector. The reflected reference and measurement beam components are returned to the beam splitting optic, and emerge substantially collinear from the beam splitting optic. The reference and measurement beam components are then detected, and provide information that enables compensation for changes in the z position of the substrate that are due to instabilities in the autofocus system components and / or environmental factors.

Prestressed laminated wood with creep resistant deformation performance, and preparation method and use thereof

The invention discloses a prestressed laminated wood with creep resistant deformation performance, and a preparation method and use thereof, and belongs to the field of a structural member of architecture. The prestressed laminated wood with the creep resistant deformation performance comprises a top compressive zone, a middle shear zone, a bottom tensile zone and an adhesive layer in the height direction of a wood beam; laminates inside and among the top compressive zone, the middle shear zone and the bottom tensile zone are cohered with each other by the adhesive layers to be fixed and formed; and for the laminated wood member which comprises the top compressive zone, the middle shear zone and the bottom tensile zone, the final moisture content of the wood of the three parts is the same, that is 10-12 percent. A principle is that high stress-grade structural wood is arranged in the tensile zone and the compressive zone of a wood beam of the laminated wood; a moisture gradient is set along the wood of the three parts with the heights; after the moisture content of the wood with different moisture contents is balanced and consistent, prestress is generated when the wood cannot be freely stretched and deformed fully because water loss shrinkage and hydroscopic expansion of the wood are inhibited, so that the creep resistant deformation performance of the wood beam of the laminated wood is obviously improved under the long-term load effect, inherent and natural defects which influence the mechanical property of the wood are overcome when the member is prepared initially; and the product has the advantages of stability and reliability in structural performance, high rigidity, excellent creep resistance, and can be used as bearing beams for the timber structure architecture.

The integrated grain barn structure for drying and storing the grains comprises a grain barn body, wherein a grain storage chamber is arranged in the grain barn body; a chamber wall of the grain storage chamber is of a mesh-shaped structure; the mesh hole size of the mesh-shaped structure is not larger than the grain particle size; an air channel is formed between the grain storage chamber and an inner wall of the grain barn body; an air inlet channel communicating with the outer part of the grain barn isconnected onto the air channel; the grain storage chamber comprises multiple grain storage units arranged up and down; a drying device is arranged between each two adjacent grain storage units, and comprises a mesh-shaped clapboard and a drying mechanism located on the mesh-shaped clapboard; the mesh hole diameter of each mesh-shaped clapboard is not larger than the grain particle size; and an airdischarge device communicating with the outer part of the grain barn body is further arranged on the upper part of the grain storage chamber. The integrated grain barn structure for drying and storing the grains solves the problems that an existing grain drying process is complicated, the grains cannot be dried uniformly, and the drying efficiency is low due to a moisture gradient, the integration of drying and grain storing can be realized, the drying efficiency is improved, and meanwhile, a drying and grain storing process is simplified.
