The invention discloses a method and an application of selectively adsorption
aroma components in high-temperature
pyrolysis smoke of cigarette by means of a
solid adsorption material. The method includes the following steps: 1) packing
cut tobacco in a body of a
quartz reaction tube, adding the
solid adsorption material into a straight sand core tube and a sand core funnel, adding an absorption liquid into an absorption
bottle, adding ice cubes and water into an ice-bath pot, and inserting a
thermometer; 2) turning on a heating apparatus, feeding a
pyrolysis atmosphere into the
quartz reaction tube with gas flow rate controlled to be 30-50 ml / min, connecting condensing water, setting a heating program in a heating apparatus to reach 600-800 DEG C within 1-2 min, and maintaining the temperature at 600-800 DEG C for 1.5-2.5 min; 3) cooling the materials to
room temperature, and taking out the
solid adsorption material, which adsorbs the
aroma components in high-temperature
pyrolysis smoke of cigarette, from the straight sand core tube and the sand core funnel. The method can be used for
processing the tobacco to obtain a solid-phase material which adsorbs the
smoke components and can be applied to novel tobacco products, thereby improving sensory characteristics of the tobacco products, improving market acceptability thereof, and promoting transformation of consumption.
