The system is characterized in that a tapered back winding coil 2 is connected with a high-frequency power supply 1 and extends into a vacuum chamber 6, the high-frequency power supply 1 inputs high-frequency alternating current to the tapered back winding coil 2, the alternating current generates an alternating magnetic field around the high-frequency power supply 1, induced current can be generated on the surface of a metal material placed in the tapered back winding coil due to the electromagnetic induction action, the induced current and an original alternating magnetic field interact to generate electromagnetic force, and the electromagnetic force and weight are balanced under the condition of configuration of appropriate magnetic field space, so that the electromagnetic suspension is realized; and a rotating mechanism 4 drives a U-shaped magnet yoke 3 to rotate, and the rotating U-shaped magnet yoke overlays the transverse rotating static magnetic field on the space (the space where a suspended object is located) where the tapered back winding coil is located, so that internal convection of the melted suspended object is reduced, the external rotation is reduced, and a stable electromagnetic suspension state is obtained.
