By means of the method, the problem that a construction road is changed or broadened can be avoided, and the method has the advantages that the
pier column construction sections are reduced, the construction progress is accelerated, full and effective utilization of the construction formwork is ensured, the process that the bottom supporting structures of the straining beams and the capping beams need to be built and removed repeatedly is omitted, and the construction cost is reduced.
