The invention discloses a trans-1,4-polydiene
copolymer having a low molecular weight, and a preparation method and a use thereof. The weight average molecular weight of the
copolymer is 2000-150000, the content of the trans-1,4-structure is greater than 90%, and the
copolymer is composed of 0.1-99.9mol% of a butadiene unit and 0.1-99.9mol% of an
isoprene unit. The trans-1,4-polydiene copolymer having a low molecular weight is prepared through solution copolymerization or body copolymerization by adopting a Ziegler-
Natta catalytic
system composed of MgCl2 supported
titanium and an organic aluminum compound and adopting
hydrogen as a molecular weight adjusting agent. The relative molecular weight of the copolymer having a low molecular weight is controlled by adjusting the pressure of
hydrogen, and the copolymerization composition and the sequence distribution of the copolymer having a low molecular weight are controlled by adjusting the kinds, proportions and copolymerization conditions of copolymerization monomers. The trans-structured copolymer having a low molecular weight can improve the processability of a rubber compound, improve the wear resistances and the fatigue crack increase resistance of rubber products and reduces the rolling resistances and the
heat generation of the products, and can be used in dynamic use rubber products used for tires, damping materials and the like as
green operation oil.
