The invention relates to a rapid disinfection method for sick soil due to
eustoma grandiflorum fresh
cut flower wilt. The method comprises the following steps: adding organic
carbon source materials such as
crop straw, grass
meal and bean dregs into soil with successive
cropping obstacle or
attack of
eustoma grandiflorum wilt, maintaining the soil to be in an anaerobic situation, lowering
oxidation reduction potential of the soil to be lower than -60mV within 72 hours, maintaining the soil to be in a strong reducing environment for 2-4 weeks, and maintaining the temperature of the soil to be 25-50 DEG C, wherein a way of maintaining the soil to be in the anaerobic situation is flooding of the soil or / and film mulching, so that contact between the soil and the air is isolated, and the
oxygen content of the soil is reduced. The rapid disinfection method provided by the invention has the advantages that soil-borne
pathogenic bacteria, such as
fusarium oxysporum, can be killed through growth and
metabolism of
anaerobic microorganisms in the soil, the wilt is reduced or avoided, a
normal growth environment is provided for
eustoma grandiflorum fresh
cut flowers, and the yield is increased and stabilized; and the rapid disinfection method can achieve a strong disinfection effect within a short time, the
crop straw and the like are adopted as easily degradable organic
carbon source materials, sources are extensive, the materials can be easily taken, the cost is low, popularization and implementation are convenient, and application prospects are broad, so that the rapid disinfection method provided by the invention is an effective technical means for preventing wilt of eustoma grandiflorum crops.
