The invention discloses an ecological
water right space-time configuration method and
system; the method comprises the steps: constructing an
ecological network in a to-be-decided region, and carrying out the grading of the
water right of an ecological gate based on the
ecological network; in the current water distribution year, determining the maximum water distribution amount of each ecological gate under the current
water right level according to the water shortage degree of the ecological gates in the rotation
irrigation period; performing water distribution on the ecological gate under each water right level in combination with the remaining ecological available water amount in the current year; in the next water distribution year, if the water right level which is not completely met exists, conducting water distribution on the water right level firstly, and then performing gradient water distribution, and otherwise, performing water distribution from the water right level with the highest priority. Therefore, the importance of ecological
water supply in different areas is distinguished by applying the
ecological network, so that the water right level of the ecological gate is divided, finally the
engineering application of the ecological water right is realized through the
time sequence distribution and the same-level distribution of the ecological water right, and therefore, scientific guidance can be provided for ecological water right configuration in drought and water-deficient areas.
