The present invention relates to an allergic rhinitis
animal model, wherein a mouse allergic rhinitis (AR)
animal model is established by using a
dust mite allergen protein extract as an
allergen, allergizing through peritoneal injection, and exciting through
nose dripping. According to the present invention, the method for inducing mouse allergic rhinitis through dust
mite protein is provided, and by optimizing the allergizing number, the allergizing doge, the exciting
dose and the exciting mode, the mature and stable mouse AR model for treatment
drug screening is prepared; compared to the traditional atomization excitation, the
nose dripping excitation of the present invention has the following advantages that the
allergen consumption at the excitation stage is avoided, and the waste of the
allergen is avoided; and the prepared mouse AR model has advantages of low cost, simple operation and good reproducibility, and is the ideal model for studying allergic rhinitis.
