The invention discloses an application method of
bioremediation technology in aquiculture. The conventional culturing mode, particularly high-density culturing mode maintains the production mode mostly by consuming a large amount of
high protein fodder and polluting the pond and the near-
shore environment; and in order to prevent and control fish (
shrimp) diseases, farmers use a large amount of
shrimp medicaments such as
disinfectant, antibiotic and the like, and the usage of the medicaments damages the
ecological environment seriously. In the aged pond, toxic chemicals are deposited for years at the bottom of the pond to form black
sludge and generate a large amount of toxic substances to influence the
normal growth of shrimps. The method carries out
bioremediation for the pond substrate
sludge and the aquiculture water through measures of supplementing
micronutrient,
promoter and
antidote or throwing beneficial microbe in the ecological
system of the pond and the like; and the method reduces the content of organic substances in the pond substrate
sludge, increases the diversity indexes of
algae, stabilizes the algal phase, and increases the dissolved
oxygen in water so as to improve the aquiculture capacity of the pond, improve the
water quality, lower the cost and improve the culturing yield and quality.
