system for a horizontal drilling
machine. The geological detection
system comprises a corer, a pipeline
robot, a camera
system and detection equipment, wherein the corer and the pipeline
robot are arranged in a
coring channel, and the camera system and the detection equipment are carried on the pipeline
robot. The pipeline robot comprises a robot body, a motor, a driving
assembly and a
coring clamp, wherein the motor, the driving
assembly and the
coring clamp are arranged on the robot body; the robot body is of an octahedral
column structure and is connected with a
winch through a steel
wire rope; the motor is connected with the driving
assembly and matched with the steel
wire rope and the
winch to achieve
free movement of the pipeline robot in the coring channel; the coring clamp is used for grabbing the corer; the driving assembly comprises a plurality of driving wheels. The distance between the driving wheels and the robot body is adjustable; the pipeline robot, the camera system and the detection equipment each comprise a
wireless communication module; and a plurality of repeaters are distributed on the steel
wire rope at intervals to ensure
signal transmission. By means of the geological detection system, efficient coring and surrounding rock recognition at an ultra-long horizontal distance can be achieved, the prediction precision is high, and
signal transmission is stable.
