A vehicle wheel, comprising: a rim; a hub; a plurality of spokes; a bracing element including a hole, a hole sidewall, and an engagement surface outward of the hole; and a connecting element with a spoke opening and an overhang surface. The spoke is connected to the connecting element and the connecting element is connected to the bracing element at the hole, with the bracing element comprising one of the rim and hub. With the spoke maintaining alignment with the connector, the connecting element may be transitioned between an insertion orientation where the connecting element may be inserted in the hole and an engagement orientation where the connecting element is engaged to the bracing element, with a toggle angle between the insertion and engagement orientations. The hole is preferably a circular hole. The spoke opening preferably includes internal threads to mate with external threads of the spoke.

There is provided apparatus for propagation of a wireless signal through a barrier comprising a first antenna for location on a first side of the barrier, a second antenna for location on a second side of the barrier and a waveguide. The waveguide comprises a conducting member passing through the barrier between the first and second sides. The conducting member is held within an insulator sleeve such that it is spaced from a surrounding metal wall of the waveguide. A wireless signal received by the waveguide on the first side of the barrier is transmitted through the barrier by Transverse Electro-Magnetic (TEM) mode propagation along the waveguide is re-radiated on the second side.

The invention discloses a spunlaced nonwoven filter material and a weaving process thereof. The spunlaced nonwoven filter material is formed by weaving bamboo charcoal fibers, linen fibers, viscose, polyester fibers and hot-melt fibers, wherein the mass of the bamboo charcoal fibers is 25%-35%of the total mass of the spunlaced nonwoven filter material, the mass of the linen fibers is 15%-25% of the total mass of the spunlaced nonwoven filter material, the mass of the viscose is 5%-10% of the total mass of the spunlaced nonwoven filter material, the mass of the polyester fibers is 10%-30% of the total mass of the spunlaced nonwoven filter material, and the mass of the hot-melt fibers 5%-10% of the total mass of the spunlaced nonwoven filter material. The filter material is prepared from the hot-melt fibers, thereby having the higher stiffness and the better effect; meanwhile, the filter efficiency of the filter material is quite high, and the spunlaced nonwoven filter efficiency is improved to 99.995% from the original 20%-40%.

Boron-doped glass carbon material and preparation method thereof

The invention, relating to the field of glass carbon material, particularly discloses a boron-doped glass carbon material and a method for preparing the material by chemical vapor deposition. The method is characterized by using chemical vapor codeposition process, using graphite as a deposition substrate, letting the deposition pressure be a normal pressure or a little more than 1 atm and the deposition temperature be 1100-1400 DEG C, after reaching the set deposition temperature, simultaneously letting in carbon source and boron source gases to realize boron-carbon codeposition in a high temperature chemical vapor furnace, wherein the content of the doped boron in the prepared boron-doped glass carbon material is 2-15 at.%. The method can prepare the boron-doped glass carbon material with uniform and compact structure, good oxidation resistance, smooth surface with vitreous luster, small porosity, special glassy fracture, and no growth characteristics, and the prepared material is an isotropic material. Because the method utilizes the conventional chemical vapor deposition device to prepare, the steps of forming, solidifying, carbonizing, graphitizing and other complicated steps of traditional glass carbon are omitted, thus the production cycle of glass carbon is greatly shortened, and the production cost is reduced.
