Multi-head power tool with reverse lock-out capability

A handheld power tool having a detachable tool head is disclosed in which, depending on the type of tool head used, selection of reverse movement of the rotary assembly of the power tool can be prevented. Where reverse movement of the tool head is undesirable, such as for a saw blade, the tool head contains a contact plate that slides a plate member to a position to prevent selection of the reverse direction by the user. However, where reverse movement of a tool head is desired, such as for a drill head, the plate member remains in its original position such that forward and reverse directions can be selected by a user.

Method and device for determining the physical location and identity of a user

A method and a device is described for determining the physical location and / or identity of network users and for preventing certain undesired users for participating in-or getting access to restricted activities, services or information. When a user accesses a service provider's website, an encrypted session ID is stored on the user's electronic device or computer. The user's electronic device or computer is then coupled to the service provider's server through a phone connection and the session ID is transferred to the service provider over the phone line for verification. By using Caller ID technology the user's telephone number is identified, and by analyzing the phone number the location of the player is determined. If the location satisfied the service provider's and any official regulator's requirements the available service options are then determined depending on the user's specific location. The available service options-if any-are then displayed on the user's electronic device or computer.

Communication system

An object of the present invention is to provide a communication system capable of preventing a base station device from being occupied by specific communication terminal devices and preventing a situation in which the base station device cannot accommodate other communication terminal devices. In the present invention, in Step ST1403, a HeNB_A notifies UEs being served thereby of the MTCD restriction information indicating the operation of restricting MTCDs. Among the UEs that have received the MTCD restriction information in Step ST1404, an MTCD operates in accordance with the MTCD restriction information. Specifically, in Step ST1406, the MTCD judges whether or not the MTCD can select, as a suitable cell, a cell judged to satisfy cell selection criteria in Step ST1402. In a case of judging that the cell can be selected, the MTCD selects the cell as a suitable cell in Step ST1407.
