With the adoption of the liquid return pipeand the liquid drain pipe and in combination with opening fit of four solenoid valves, old cleaning fluid is pumped back and then new fluid is filled, the automotive windshield cleaning fluid in an automotive windscreen wiper is completely replaced, secondary pollution caused to the new filled automotive windshield cleaning fluid is avoided, the probability of deterioration of concentrated automotive windshield cleaning products occurring during use is reduced, the running safety is improved, and the device is convenient to use and cost-saving.
