The air vehicle is mainly composed of a photoelectric energy converting unit, an energy management unit, a battery pack, a detection unit and a reflection modulator. By means of the laser energy supply communication system for the air vehicle, energy is transmitted to the air vehicle through wireless laser, the working time of the air vehicle is effectively prolonged, meanwhile, the information of the air vehicle is modulated to a small part of laser returned along the original path based on the optical reflection principle, and laser communication between the air vehicle and the ground is achieved.
