delivery system, an auxiliary glue
delivery system, a vacuumizing motor and a mixing valve, wherein the main glue
delivery system provides the main agent; the auxiliary glue delivery
system provides the curing agent; the vacuumizing motor is used for carrying out vacuumizing on the main glue delivery
system and the auxiliary glue delivery
system; the main glue delivery system comprises a main
barrel, a discharging valve, a main
metering pump, a main motor and a main glue delivery tube; the discharging valve is arranged below the main
barrel; the main motor drives the main
metering pump; the main glue delivery tube is connected to the mixing valve from the main
barrel; the auxiliary glue delivery system comprises an auxiliary barrel, an auxiliary discharging valve, an auxiliary
metering pump, an auxiliary motor and an auxiliary glue delivery tube; the auxiliary discharging valve is arranged below the auxiliary barrel; the auxiliary motor drives the auxiliary metering pump; the auxiliary glue delivery tube is connected to the mixing valve from the auxiliary barrel; and a flow detecting device is arranged on the auxiliary glue delivery tube and is used for monitoring real-time flow of the curing agent in the auxiliary glue delivery tube. Compared with the prior art, the glue-pouring
machine solves the problem that abnormal flow, proportion and
nitrogen pressure of the automatic glue-pouring
machine cannot be monitored.
