The invention discloses a one-time leaf moistening and humidifying device for tobacco leaf threshing and redrying. The one-time leaf moistening and humidifying device comprises a feeding conveyer belt, a metering device, a leaf moistening machine, a humidified water pressure stabilizing device and a discharging conveyer belt. The feeding conveyer belt is connected with a feeding inlet of the leaf moistening machine through the metering device. The discharging conveyer belt is connected with a discharging outlet of the leaf moistening machine. An electromagnetic valve is arranged on a nozzle of the leaf moistening machine. A sensor is arranged on the metering device and electrically connected with a controller of the electromagnetic valve. The humidified water pressure stabilizing device comprises a water storage tank, a water pump and a control assembly. A water inlet is formed in the water storage tank and connected with an external water source through a pipeline. The water pump is arranged inside the water storage tank and connected with a water inlet pipeline of the leaf moistening machine through a pipeline. The control assembly is electrically connected with the water pump. Under different given frequencies, the humidified water carrying capacity of the leaf moistening machine is quite stable, and the requirement for the maximum humidification quantity can be met.
