hematopoietic stem cell culture kit which comprises a bearing box, a sealing cover, a bearing inner cover, a bearing frame, a culture dish, a
metering pump, flowguide pipes, a flow distributing
pipe, a temperature adjusting device and a
control circuit. The bearing box is hinged to the sealing cover each other, the bearing inner cover is embedded into the upper end surface of the bearing box, the bearing frame is embedded into the bearing box, the culture dish is embedded into the bearing frame, the
metering pump is mounted on the upper surface of the bearing inner cover, the
tail end of the
metering pump is communicated with the front end of the flow distributing
pipe each other through a control valve, the front end of the flow distributing
pipe iscommunicated with the
tail end of at least one flow guide pipe through a control valve, and the
control circuit is embedded into the outer side surface of the bearing box. According to the kit, on onehand, adjusting flexibility of
hematopoietic stem cell culture environments and running stability can be effectively improved, on the other hand,
reagent adding flexibility and
reagent adding controlaccuracy can be effectively improved in the culture process of hematopoietic stem cells, easily caused unstable culture temperature and
pollution of the
reagent caused by outside environments can beeffectively avoided when the reagent is added.
