The invention relates to a non-contact liquid level detecting device suitable for complex working conditions, and belongs to the technical field of
liquid level measurement. The device is structurally characterized in that one end of a
waveguide isolating tube is connected with a liquid level meter, the other end of the
waveguide isolating tube is closed and connected with a limit plug, the liquid level meter is provided with a liquid level meter protecting cap which is fixed on a first
flange, the top of a tank body is provided with a tank opening, the tank opening is provided with a second
flange, a reinforcing rod is arranged between the first
flange and the second flange, and the wall of the
waveguide isolating tube is provided with a liquid-level mechanical
coupling device. The device has the advantages that an ultrasonic liquid level meter body is fully isolated with a measuring medium; factors such as
smoke, dust, vapor, bubbles and the like do not influence the measurement; and the device is flexible to
mount, is not limited by various conditions on site, is applicable to measuring the liquid level of various normal-pressure and high-pressure tank bodies, has strong anti-jamming capability, can be wirelessly deployed with a network, and is convenient for
remote detection and management.
