A method for manufacturing a magnetic disk glass substrate including a chemical strengthening step is provided. In the method, chemical strengthening treatment is sufficiently performed over the entire main surfaces of a glass substrate. Consequently, the resulting magnetic disk glass substrate can provide a magnetic disk allowing the magnetic head to have a low flying height and achieving high-density information recording, and particularly a magnetic desk suitably used in small hard disk drives for portable information apparatuses. In the chemical strengthening step, a chemical strengthening agent is brought into contact with a glass substrate to perform ion exchange by allowing the chemical strengthening agent to flow with respect to the glass substrate, or by moving the glass substrate with respect to the chemical strengthening agent.

Acoustic sensor

A vibrating electrode plate 24 that senses a sound pressure faces a counter electrode plate 25 to constitute a capacitance type acoustic sensor. In the counter electrode plate 25, acoustic perforations 31 are opened in order to pass vibration, and plural projections 36 are provided on a surface facing the vibrating electrode plate 24. An interval between the projections 36 is decreased in a region where the vibrating electrode plate 24 has high flexibility to easily generate local sticking with the counter electrode plate 25. The interval between the projections 36 is increased in a region where the vibrating electrode plate 24 has low flexibility to hardly generate local sticking with the counter electrode plate 25. The projections thus arranged prevent firm fixing of the vibrating electrode plate to the counter electrode plate and interruption of vibration of the vibrating electrode plate.

The invention discloses an automatic monitoring system for purifying and reusing circulating cooling water, comprising a sampling device, an online instrument device, a monitoring device and a drug-adding device. The sampling submersible pump of the sampling device and the online instrument device is directly hung in the circulating water of the pool. An outlet pipe of the submersible pump are divided into 3 paths and the 3 paths respectively enter a slime collector bypass, an online instrument monitoring bypass and a simulated heat exchanger bypass. The monitoring device comprises a control cabinet and a management computer. The drug-adding device comprises three parts, namely a drug-adding pump, a drug-adding box and an inverter. The drug-adding box is connected with the drug-adding pump; the drug-adding pump is connected with the control cabinet of the monitoring device and the management computer by the inverter. The automatic monitoring system realizes real-time monitoring of the water quality of water in the circulating cooling water system of the power plant and can automatically control the addition dosage in order to purify the water quality of the circulating cooling water to realize recycling. The automatic monitoring system has good economic benefit after popularization.
