Under multiple time scales, the motion control problem of the flexible mechanical arm with disturbance and system uncertainty is researched. Because the flexible mechanical arm has a multi-time-scale characteristic, a controller designed by applying a traditional method is easy to cause an ill-conditioned numerical value problem, and based on a singular perturbation theory, the flexible mechanical arm is modeled into a singular perturbation system with singular perturbation parameters and decomposed into a fast subsystem and a slow subsystem which describe rigid body motion and flexible vibration. Under the slow time scale, with consideration of the influence of external disturbance and parameter uncertainty on the system, a self-adaptive sliding mode controller (slow controller) with a disturbance observer is designed to track the trajectory of the flexible mechanical arm. Under a fasttime scale, a robust sliding mode controller is designed to achieve flexible vibration suppression in order to eliminate the influence of vibration states and the like under an unmodeled dynamic scaleand a slow time scale on the design of the controller. Finally, the slow controller and the fast controller are combined by using a singular perturbation theory to realize a dual control target of trajectory tracking and vibration suppression. The test results show that the method is high in robustness and good in control effect.

Short-circuit winding based vibration suppression method of iron core reactor

The invention discloses a short-circuit winding based vibration suppression method of an iron core reactor. A short-circuit winding is arranged on a return yoke at one side of the iron core reactor, pulse vibration magnetic flux is generated in an iron core when an alternating current passes through a main winding of the iron core reactor, an electromotive force and a current are generated in the short-circuit winding by induction, the electromagnetic process of the short-circuit winding is the same as that of a secondary winding of a transformer in short circuit, total magnetic flux of turn chains of the short-circuit winding is formed by superposing magnetic flux passing through the short-circuit winding with magnetic flux generated by an induction current in the short-circuit winding, the magnetic flux passing through the short-circuit winding lags behind magnetic flux which does not pass through the short-circuit winding in a phase, an electromagnetic force exists between iron core cakes all the way, and thus, the vibration and the nose of the iron core of the reactor are greatly reduced; and theoretical analysis and experiment show that the short-circuit winding has an obvious effect on vibration suppression of the iron core reactor. The integral structure of the iron core reactor is not changed, the short-circuit winding is relatively low in a winding process requirement of the winding, and mechanical processing is facilitated.

The active-passive combined vibration isolator based on positive-stiffness and negative-stiffness parallel connection has high bearing capacity, and active and passive vibration isolation of two degrees of freedom is achieved at the same time.
