Abstract

The invention provides a method for suppressing wind tunnel model vibration based on vision measurement technology, belongs to the technical field of wind tunnel experiments, and relates to a system and method for suppressing wind tunnel vibration in a wind tunnel test. The method adopts an industrial camera to shoot a vibration image of a wind tunnel model, and utilizes image high-speed real-time processing transmission technology of an FPGA vision measurement system to calculate a vibration displacement signal and converts the signal into an analog quantity to be fed back to a controller. The controller outputs a control signal, and through power amplification, realizes control of a piezoelectric ceramic actuator so as to achieve the purpose of active suppression of wind tunnel model vibration. The method adopts an FPGA-based vision measurement mode to measure a vibration signal of a wind tunnel model as a feedback signal for controlling the actuator to work, thereby effectively preventing interference of a high-voltage piezoelectric ceramic drive signal to a vibration measurement signal and hysteresis of an input signal generated by a filter. The method enables the control of the actuator to be stable and accurate, and improves an effect of suppressing wind tunnel model vibration.
