The invention discloses a four-phase
sine wave electro-magnetic
doubly salient motor which comprises a
stator iron core and a rotor iron core which share the same rotating shaft. The motor is of an 8N / 6N pole structure, wherein a
stator and a rotor of the motor are both of a salient pole tooth groove structure, the pole arc coefficient of the rotor is 0.5, and the pole
arc length of the
stator isequal to or slightly larger than half of the pole
arc length of the rotor. An armature winding and an exciting winding are embedded in the stator slot; an armature coil is wound on each stator pole, each
magnet exciting coil is wound across the four
stator poles, windings with different distribution positions and phase differences of 180 degrees in the armature coils are combined, and four-phase windings with the same
flux linkage change rate of each phase are formed through reverse series connection, so that four-phase
counter electromotive force symmetry is realized. The rotor is of a five-section stepped structure or a skewed pole structure, and the skewed
pole number is the difference between the rotor pole angle and the stator pole angle; and the rotor pole is chamfered to improve thesine degree of the
counter electromotive force of the motor. In the rotating process of the motor, the rotor induces sinusoidal winding
counter electromotive force waveforms in the stator armature windings of the turn chain, the problem that
square wave control torque pulsation of a traditional electrically excited
doubly salient motor is large is effectively solved, four phases can be powered onand work at the same time, the winding
utilization rate of the motor is increased, and the
fault tolerance performance of the motor is good.
